A solid epoxy floor is stunning and is the perfect option for customers looking for a clean and neat look, but it also requires extra attention compared to other styles, and, if the concrete is not perfectly prepared before the installation it will highlight marks of ridges, waves, and dents underneath its coating.

On the contrary, a flakes system doesn’t need to be perfectly smooth and requires less labor during preparation. The texture from the flakes and the build of the topcoat will disguise any imperfections from the concrete slab.
